My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable, but unfortunately, our room was located near a noisy service door that caused disturbances throughout the day and night. On the bright side, we were delighted to find Starbucks coffee provided, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, with friendly and truly helpful staff. The hotel's main attraction is its convenient location near the Westport Plaza, making it easy to access restaurants and entertainment venues. The dining experience was satisfying, although a bit pricey. The facilities were well-maintained, and we appreciated the new gym in the mall.
